1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
