Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Client management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $49,000.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
