1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development through continuous feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising to uphold Sephora's brand excellence.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation for optimal productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $80,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
