Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development through continuous feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising to uphold Sephora's brand excellence.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation for optimal productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $80,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
