1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Support resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

Minimum of 3-5 years managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,200.00 - $89,870.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
