Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation and staffing.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager in a high-volume setting.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00, with potential for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
