1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $86,000.00. Eligible for bonuses.
