1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $81,000.00. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
