Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
6. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,000.00 - $78,000.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
