Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Allocate resources and manage staffing for optimal productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
