1. Lead and manage one of the store's departments, ensuring alignment with overall store objectives.
2. Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and improve store performance.
3. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the store manager to ensure efficient store operations.
5. Foster a dynamic and engaging work environment for the team.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in KPI management and sales indicators.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics.
