1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

6. Flexible availability for retail scheduling.
7. Physical ability to perform essential job functions.

A minimum of 3-5 years managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $68,640 to $74,908, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
