1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of client complaints.
5. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
