Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
- Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure first-class customer service is delivered consistently in a fast-paced setting.
- Manage store profitability by monitoring shrinkage, sales conversion, and forecasting sales.
- Oversee operational incentives, brand events, training, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Foster a positive store culture through feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in developing store talent to achieve Sephora's vision.
- 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership with a passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management, preferably with big box or multi-site experience.
