1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or store line management.
2. Previous experience in retail management at a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

4. High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and outside regular store hours.

A minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, preferably with experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
