1. Lead and manage one of the store's departments, ensuring alignment with overall store KPIs.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in KPI management and sales indicators.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.
