1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.

8. Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability.
9. Allocate resources and manage staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,480.00 - $76,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
