1. Lead and manage the team of Consultants.
2. Oversee departmental operations.
3. Ensure customer service aligns with company standards.
4. Drive product and service sales.
5. Provide active support to the Store Manager in daily operations.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a team of several members.
2. Experience working with sales performance indicators.
3. Full availability for work, including selected Saturdays and all trading Sundays.

1. Exceptional communication and positive attitude.
2. Ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively.
3. Proficiency in English for smooth communication.
4. Makeup application skills are a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in team management and retail sales.
