- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talent.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary ranges from $58,500.00 to $68,068.00, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is influenced by qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
