1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
