- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to maximize associates' potential.

Proven experience in a retail assistant management role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
