- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Support resource allocation and staffing to ensure optimal productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,200.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
