- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $79,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
