- Lead and manage the team of consultants.
- Oversee the operations of the assigned department.
- Ensure customer service aligns with company standards.
- Drive product sales and meet sales targets.
- Provide active support to the store manager in daily tasks.
- Minimum of one year experience in leading a team of several members.
- Experience in working with sales indicators.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to impart knowledge, delegate tasks, and receive feedback.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Makeup application skills are a plus.
At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is required.
