1. Lead and manage the team of consultants.
2. Oversee the operations of the assigned department.
3. Ensure customer service aligns with company standards.
4. Drive product sales and meet sales targets.
5. Provide active support to the store manager in daily tasks.

1. Minimum of one year experience in leading a team of several members.
2. Experience in working with sales indicators.

1. Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
2. Ability to impart knowledge, delegate tasks, and receive feedback.
3. Proficiency in English is advantageous.
4. Makeup application skills are a plus.

At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is required.
