Sephora Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience.
2. Help develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
3. Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $54,000.00 - $66,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
