1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity and performance.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting, with a proven track record as a successful assistant manager.

The annual base salary range is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
