- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity and performance.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting, with a proven track record as a successful assistant manager.
The annual base salary range is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
