- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Allocate resources and manage staffing to optimize productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
