- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
The annual base salary range is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
