1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development through ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
7. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
8. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range is $61,400.00 - $71,488.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
