1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
8. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,800.00 - $82,365.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
