- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.

- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting, with a proven track record of success as a retail assistant manager.
The annual base salary ranges from $64,400 to $74,908, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
