- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handling client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
The annual base salary ranges from $58,500 to $68,068, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
