1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.

6. Flexible availability for retail scheduling.

3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.

The annual base salary ranges from $77,200 to $89,870, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
