1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

1. Strong leadership and business acumen.
2. Excellent client management skills.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexible availability for a retail schedule.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
