Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations, including personnel management, sales management, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relationship management.
- Create a safe and enjoyable work environment for employees and coordinate training programs.
- Encourage and guide staff to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Manage staff scheduling and adherence to HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's employee handbook and standard operating procedures.
- Create a comfortable and engaging shopping environment to meet sales and KPI goals.
- Analyze daily sales targets and adjust strategies based on real-time performance.
- Organize optimal staffing based on weather, events, and peak sales periods.
- Ensure secure storage and accurate inventory management.
- Protect fixed assets and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Supervise cash register operations and maintain proper cash flow.
- Collaborate with the finance department for timely payment of expenses.
- Implement Sephora's CRM strategies and policies effectively.
- Collect customer feedback and develop action plans to enhance customer relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years of store operations or related sales management experience.
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
