1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

5. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
