1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
8. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,480.00 - $77,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
