1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to inspire and motivate employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary ranges from $61,400 to $71,488, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
