1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.
7. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
10. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
7. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
