Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.

- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $67,600.00 - $78,660.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
