1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or surpass sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service and effective handling of client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
