Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service and effective handling of client complaints.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
