1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.

7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
