- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing continuous feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and support resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent client management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00. Bonuses may also be available.
