1. Inspire and lead the team by example, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Experience as a hands-on leader with a focus on motivating and coaching teams.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

2. Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
3. Effective communication and influence skills.
4. Flexibility in availability and mobility within the market.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume sales environment, is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $80,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
