- Inspire and lead the team by example, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
- Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure key performance indicators and develop action plans to enhance customer experiences.
- Drive store success by monitoring and analyzing data, leading personnel, and making strategic decisions.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, service, and safety.
- Assist the store manager in operational initiatives to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Cultivate creativity and innovation to align the store with Sephora's brand and culture.
- Engage and inspire team members through Sephora's core values of Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- Provide coaching and development to help team members grow.
- Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
- Experience as a hands-on leader with a focus on motivating and coaching teams.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Effective communication and influence skills.
- Flexibility in availability and mobility within the market.
Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume sales environment, is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $80,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
