1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service and effective handling of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,700.00 - $85,785.00. Individuals in this role may also be eligible for bonuses.
