1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales.
4. Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
5. Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are adequate.
6. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and tools.
4. Ability to analyze sales figures and market trends.

Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
