1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective resolution of complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist in managing inventory levels and resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Flexible availability for retail schedules.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
