1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and assist in resource allocation.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
