1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exemplary service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
