1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions.

9. Allocate resources and handle staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
