- Inspire and lead the team by example, ensuring a motivated and energized workforce.
- Utilize Sephora’s tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to enhance customer experience.
- Drive store success by monitoring and analyzing data, leading personnel, and making timely decisions.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Cultivate creativity and disruption to align the store with Sephora's brand and culture.
- Engage and inspire through Sephora’s core values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
- Experience as a hands-on leader with a passion for being on the sales floor.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Effective communication and influence skills.
- Flexibility in availability and mobility within the market.
Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
