1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and handling client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
9. Assist in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $58,500.00 - $68,068.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
